From the garden or from the basement, through a common porch, you enter in the house where there is a corridor which served the large studio with a private bathroom and the laundry room with a deposit. Going up the elegant steps leads to the upper floor which houses the living room a closed kitchen and the dining room. From the both rooms by a large covered terrace there is a direct access to the garden.

On the top floor there are four bedrooms, two of which covered balcony and two bathrooms.

On the basement there are six car-park, the heating system and the cellar.
