The new Talete 2 Medical-Residential Centre will rise in Lamone, and will consist of two buildings, surrounded by a garden.

– BLOCK A: Semi-residential building on three levels; physiotherapeutic studios on the ground floor and flats on the upper floors.
– BLOCK B: Building of only two levels both with medical content; medical offices.

The basement level contains covered parking spaces, technical and storage rooms for the upper floors.

Access is from Via Girella, which later leads to Via alla Chiesa thanks to the construction of a new driveway bridge that will be built at the same time as the building site. Along the said street, there will also be side parking spaces to complete our neighbourhood plan and exterior landscaping.
There will also be external parking spaces along Via Girella to serve the buildings.
